DS went to one of those Italian weddings a few years ago. He went to the gents and found a large roll of notes on the floor that had probably fallen out of the pocket of the man who had just left.
Unsure of what to do and worried he might be found clutching the 'wad' he quickly put it on the windowsill and legged it.
He was Slovenian, and I think his name is Alliaz Benede- that is close.
I really thought that Andy was going to lose the match. I have no idea who he will be playing next but that type of match this evening is not good for my blood pressure.
I am not a fan of Nadal so I was delighted to see Muller win although it was 50/50 at the end. He is now 35 so I would imagine that it is his last chance of winning Wimbledon. Not that I want him winning but he may play in the final against Andy if he has the stamina after this evening.
I did want Muller to win, even though I'm a huge Nadal fan. I just felt he deserved it. However, what usually happens in cases like this is that Muller will now lose quite badly in the next round. How sportspeople of this calibre come back and fight so hard [both Muller and Nadal in this case] is beyond me. I'd just go 'ok; I'm going to lose now, goodbye'.
I agree a great match. I too am sorry that my fav tennis player Nada is out, but as usual he didn`t make a big deal of being the loser and when interviewed said that Muller deserved to win.
