It must be easy to indicate which threads are also being 'aired' on Twitter or FB. Many people are not always aware. I am sure it is in T&C that this happens but some indication on the menus to indicate which conversations are also on other social media sites would be good.

At GNHQ we don't put personal or sensitive threads on social media. It's always worth bearing in mind, however, that this is a public site and posts can be seen and shared by anyone so it's generally a good idea to avoid any identifying details, especially when talking about personal issues. smile

I don't think that sharing posts on private groups would infringe copyright.

That means there are no copyright laws..perhaps this is an area which needs tightening up?

I'm afraid it's pretty well impossible to stop someone taking a 'picture' of a screen where posts are visible then sharing the picture around. It's a fact of life.

I'm glad that GN at least try to keep sensitive or personal threads off social media on our behalf. Thank you NatashaGransnet.
