If they are looking for Marmite that does contain live organisms, I think I can help as I have a nasty habit of using the butter knife in the Marmite jar, licking the knife and you can guess the rest.

I remember being under the weather, when the only thing that would tempt me to eat was Marmite toast... I perked up quickly after that.

feetlebaum Same here! Marmite on toast is about the first thing I want to eat if I have been off my food for any reason!
