Most people may be aware of this but I have had three emails recently supposedly from a delivery companies letting me know that they have been unable to deliver a package. I probably wouldn't have realised the first one was fake, but the message said that no one was at home and I had been home all day. I checked the email address and it was obviously bogus, so I deleted it but I have now had two more from two different companies telling me I have to reschedule!!! They want me to pay 99p - sounds reasonable but will of course give them access to my credit card!
