Could anyone give me a bit of advice please. My husband of 40 years has declared the marriage over. What a shock. Now I need to move on. We have two houses, both paid for. Our mentally disabled daughter lives in one and we live in the other. Nether of us want to move her. I can't afford this house on my part time wage. As my name is on both deeds I can't get any top up benefits. All our married lives we have worked and I will end up with little and he is on a really good wage.
