We'd like to find out more about your food and fitness habits, including exercise routines and how your body may have changed or not changed as a result of getting older.

Warning - this survey has content about eating disorders that some users may find distressing.

How on earth can a woman who dieted on and off throughout youth and middle age possibly number how many times she has been on a diet.? I answered 10 - might just as well have answered 50. I also have to lie about grand children's ages - as I have two grandchildren of the same age but the box will not allow this.

Since I was diagnosed with arthritis in my knee I do daily exercises for that. I walk at least 30 mins every day and till I broke my arm I did arm strengthening exercises which I hope to get back to soon

Since having a knee replacement last year, I find swimming to be the best form of exercise.
