There are so many cruel acts carried out these days,2 cats found with fireworks tied to them and horrific injuries,doesn't bear thinking about, several in some areas with ears and tails cut off, etc
My cats never venture out of the garden,they would be too scared,they were house cats for quite a long time,and when eventually i let them in the garden on their own they never went out of it
One of the accidentally got locked out last week when i put the bins out,poor thing as sat at the door waiting to be let in the morning after,
They have never brought a bird in either
I have a squirrel comes every day,and they sit and watch him ,no attempt to chase
Saying that they are Ragdolls,so very laid back anyway
I used to have Tonkinese and a Siamese which were more active,but still didn't go away
If any cat is kept in for a while they wont want to go far as they are a bit nervous of the noises outside,they are not familiar with
I certainly wouldn't leave my cat out overnight,[on purpose]
