I love your story about Duncan. So glad he is all right. I always remember our first dog, a golden retriever. Once when she had her injection she was limping afterwards. Later we noticed her walking fine, ...until she saw us looking when she promptly limped...with the other leg!

I have been watching for your update feeling so sad for you. When I read your update I actually laughed out loud! I'm so happy things righted themselves.

I`ve had to make that awful decision twice with my dogs.

Each time was the most horrendously painful thing I ever had to do.

I knew it was for the best for my beloved friends, but it still hurt like hell and still does.

I have a furry friend now, who is 5 and I know in around 10 years (fingers crossed) it will come back to haunt me.
