Oh I'm so sorry. I don't have cats any more because I couldn't go through with losing one again so I do understand the pain you are feeling right now. The only thing I will say is that I found that knowing what had happened to my cats, however awful, was better than the ones that never came home and I never found out why. But that's no consolation to you now. We always lose the special ones. Big hug.

...I see you're coming to Brum numberplease. In that case you shall have the biggest hug ever when I see you.

It is difficult to deal with the loss of a special pet. I don't have pets but have often 'house/dog sat' for my sister.
One Christmas I was given a lovely warm scarf from 'Honey' for looking after her, I still think of her when I wear that scarf, she was a very special dog.

Oh number that is so sad (((hugs))). It is better to know though. We have had cats that have been run over but also lots that have just disappeared which I find much worse.

So sorry to hear the news number. The same happened to one of my rescue cats, it is so distressing! I remember participating in the thread when you were thinking of a name, even suggesting Pepper. You had such a short time with him.

What a very difficult time for you number and I'm thinking of you. I can still get emotional thinking about my lovely greyhound who died aged 14 two years ago. I have had dogs and cats all my life and I know how devastating it is when they die.

The death of a pet is a death in the family and always sad – even more so when it is the result of an accident. Condolences number, I know how you feel.
