Such a lot of inaccurate, predictable sniping at Angela Rayner. I’m surprised her choice of clothing hasn’t been ridiculed. Oh I expect she knows plenty about it now. Nothing like learning from your mistakes.

The Rayner SDLT row was always missing the point. If she had been deliberately trying to avoid the higher rate she would have postponed buying a property until her disabled son turned 18 a year later. She was foolish not to take better advice but trust tax law is a complex issue and few general practitioners will have understood it.

Very happy to see her back at CHLG.
