Obvs another term in office will be needed after the next three years But I think he will have some appealing ideas and policies and will look forward to hearing about them.

Imo by the time of the next election Labour, under Keir, would have been able to bring in more radical policies because hopefully America will have regained it’s sanity and the current wars should have ended.

the sooner a general election comes the better, i do not agree with getting a new pm who has not been voted in by the people, i voted labour for the the first time in 20 years because i thought starmer could make a difference and i think he was and could have done more given the chance, i am scottish and have always gone with the snp, i don't like anyone being fast tracked when they have not been on the front bench for nearly 10 years.

Isn't that what the hated poll tax was trying to mitigate ie at its simplest, all adults, no matter how many in the household, paid towards running their local council ? Didn't go down well did it! As a single person you are eligible for a discount on your council tax. You have to apply for it.

Companies House filings confirm Marie-France van Heel now holds 252 shares in Iduna Infrastructure, parent of Be.EV, and is a beneficiary of a long-term incentive plan, both acquired after she joined the board in September 2024. That directly updates what Burnham said in 2022, that she held no shares and received no bonus or incentive payments.

The GMCA maintains it has met disclosure obligations throughout, and Iduna hasn't tendered for the newest contract.
