I watched a public screening of this film last night. I believe everyone should see it. As I already suspected, the future is not looking good for the human race. A wide range of experts in the film are trying to hammer home the message that we haven't got long, but it's not too late to act. We all need more information. We need leadership, and we need action. Now that Andy Burnham looks likely to be our new leader, do you think we could be more optimistic?

The planet will be fine without us

But the process of eliminating humans will be highly unpleasant for the humans.

Best thing would be an even bigger meteorite than the one that wiped out the dinosaurs.

I watched this film a few days ago. It’s mind blowing.
People living on the coast of Java are practically living in water.
One reason the rising tides.
They are eating, sleeping, cooking, watching tv with water sloshing around their legs and feet.

I really feel it's a film everyone should see.

It’s hard to take in, isn’t it. That people are actuall living like that 😥

Electing Andy Burnham is not going to affect riding tides/climate change or global warming though isit?

It depends how seriously he takes the threat and what measures he's prepared to take if he becomes PM. Watching/disseminating The People's Emergency Briefing would be a good first step.

Versatile as Andy no doubt is, I don’t think he can halt global warming or stop wars.
I do think, that where green credentials are concerned the UK is doing quite well, but we’re a tiny island and it’s up to the big guys like the US and China to step up.

Well said! I utterly agree .
