Trump - fool in Netanyahu's hands

Trumps supposed "plans for peace" with Iran (if they were ever workable anyway) are just being smashed to bits right now.

Netanyahu is bombing Lebanon to bits in the name of Hezbollah, and many civilians will suffer. but what is just as bad, it is strengthening ordinary Lebanon citizens to turn to Hezbollah (since press are still in Beruit, these were direct interview). and - surprise, surprise - Hezbollah has been striking at Israel as a direct response - they were not the intital aggressors.

War breeds war.

Since one of Iran's key parts of the peace plan and reopening of the Straits is that Israesl's current regime put a halt on the bombing,

Trump's plans are dead in the water (how much they would have worked anyway is questionable, but nevertheless less just before Netanyahu launched the latest huge level of attacks he claimed it was more or less in the bag.

War breeds yet more war, and the world suffers, and the war has already cost the USA $30,000,000,000, and people will be noticing even more prices going up as well as "why start this war? Whats it got to do with us?"

Everyday he seems to announce that they have won and the war is over. Huh. Reminds me of Vietnam, they will never ‘win’ because there are so many subterranean supporters of Iran that he won’t even know about. Meanwhile people who are innocent are losing their lives, on both sides.

Quite a while back Mister Trump (he's certainly not worthy of the title 'President') declared that his pointless war was over - "but not over enough".

Eh?

Naturally, he didn't bother to clarify just what exactly IS enough.

The White House must be like The Mad Hatters Tea Party.

Clinton, Obama and Biden found Netanyahu difficult but didn't let him pull the US into a war as Trump has done. It's good to see some Republicans trying to reign him in. The war is becoming increasingly unpopular in the US and 60% of Americans now have a negative view of Israel.

Thanks for some good news imaround.
I see that Massie voted for it.
He has nothing to lose now, and is taking his own revenge.

Trump has starting to put the focus on Nancy Mace recently too.

That woman is a raging toxic drama monger, so I will enjoy her getting a taste of her own medicine, though.

So we have MTG and Massie pushing back. There was another one who just lost his primary. But now I can't remember who.

Mace has been very vocal about the Epstein files, so she is useful there. Other than that, no one will miss her if she leaves.

Tick, tock, 152 days to midterms.

Another rebuke. 18 of them this time.

Another feel good bill though. Has to go through Senate and Trump.

Glad, among other things, about the aid to Ukraine and the sanctions on Russia.
So many Republicans now chosing to vote with the Dems.
Also,

Hopefully the tide is turning on Trump and Republicans are starting to see that things could go badly for them in November.
Hopefully more will stand up to him and oppose his mad schemes.

Sarnia

Trump is on a completely different page to everyone else. Saying last night that a peace deal was imminent and would be great for the USA, whilst Iran have pulled out of talks.

Trump is a dangerous lunatic who is simply not fit to govern.

He and his new best pal, Netanyahu, have caused many many more pointless deaths of innocents that the awful evil Hamas did.

How anyone can think, let alone put into print, that Trump is a great leader is beyond my comprehension.

Whilst Lebanon bombing continues, those people in the wars Trump promised to stop the day he took power, Gaza and Ukraine, continue to die not just directly from bombing, but from disease, starvation, lack of basic facilities like clean water.

So many innocent people, wars caused by terrorists and corrupt uncaring leaders, I feel so angry about this needless loss of life in Lebanon, Gaza, Ukraine and Israel.

Innocent human beings trying just to live their lives in all four of these places.

It makes me weep!

Thank you imaround

The look on that fireman's face says it all in your reference

it could be Gaza, Lebanon, Tehran, now more countries pulled - the utter, utter degradation and pain of war, whilst those in power feast at the tables of the rich.

So true.
