I felt like crying just to read it. Somebody removed him please

imaround Mon 06-Apr-26 03:26:18

Democrats can't remove him because there aren't enough of them until we vote in November.

If we have an election and if the Democrats control both chambers, then he can be impeached (House) and convicted (Senate) and be removed from office.

Until then, our only option would need one of us to get close to him. He is one of the most guarded people in the US, including armed robots IIRC.

And even then. We are stuck with Vance.

My father worked as a labourer on the Liverpool docks during the 1950s where the language was robust. I never heard him use the F or C words. He would have been disgusted to hear a man who is supposed to be a head of state use such language.

Allsorts

The Americans do not apoear to have a problem with Trump, are they all hypnotised by him? I really think he is ready to be committed for the insane. He is a total embarrassment. Vance is a total creep, certainly has no faith except in himself., I think he encourages him.

Well, they are either hypnotised or plain terrified of him. His thug ICE stormtroopers are doubtless primed to round up anyone who utters the slightest critique of the Fùhrer in The White House, has a foreign-sounding name, looks 'foreign' or has an un-American accent.

One thing is for certain - he's a war criminal.

CocoPops Mon 06-Apr-26 07:13:30

Trump's profanities are deplorable but somewhat insignificant when compared to his extremely bad governance.

Luckygirl3 Mon 06-Apr-26 07:24:34

From a BBC article on Trump. Heaven help us all ...

^Trump has previously said he doesn't "need international law" and is guided by his "own morality".

And his illegal actions in Iran are called Operation Epic Fury. It's just a kindergarten game to him. How can those around him not see this? Where have they parked their brains?

Usedtobeblonde Mon 06-Apr-26 07:43:26

I despair, just this.

Whitewavemark2 Mon 06-Apr-26 07:59:31

Frankly the world can take any amount of expletives however crass and ignorant the speaker is.

What the world cannot take is the threat to commit war crimes with apparent impunity. I don’t think that there has ever been such a US president who has threatened so much evil. He has clearly been influenced by Netanyahu. The two should be separated.

foxie48 Mon 06-Apr-26 08:07:16

^"Trump has previously said he doesn't "need international law" and is guided by his "own morality".

The above quote exemplifies the biggest problem with Trump. ie He is incapable of thinking of anything without putting himself at the centre. What an utterly despicable man!

Sadgrandma Mon 06-Apr-26 08:28:29

OMG just when you think he can’t get any worse! The trouble is he surrounds himself with sycophants and as soon as anyone steps slightly out of line they are swiftly removed from office so, even if anyone does disagree with him, they are scared to say anything. Even if somehow he was removed from office Vance appears to be a Trump clone. The Democrats really need to come up with a really strong candidate for the next election , young and vibrant , not another doddery Biden. But that still means another two years of the Trump regime. I despair, as I’m sure so do many decent sane Americans. Where will it end!!

Magenta8 Mon 06-Apr-26 08:29:45

In Trump and Netenyahoo we have two disgusting old men who place no value on human life, or international law. They are running amok and it seems nobody can stop them.

Their legacies to the succeeding generations will be instability, violence and devastation.

The fact that Trump can only express himself in language laced with vitriol and expletives is testament to his complete lack of rationality.

Smileless2012 Mon 06-Apr-26 08:34:04

What a gift to Iran. This illegal war isn't working and he's shown them just how desperate he is.

Oh America! How much longer are you going to allow this mentally ill man to continue as your president?

This situation surely can’t be left to “play out” until the next Presidential election.
Democrats where are you and what are you actually doing now.

The Democrats don’t have any power. It’s his own party the republicans that should be making arrangements to somehow have him removed from office.

Iran have come back at Trump with similar dire threats after the disgraceful language he has used against them.
You are right smileless Trump is desperate. He has been firing people who disagreed with his attack on Iran. It's obviously all their fault. He has been throwing out insults to his allies. They are at fault too for not joining. It is never Trump's fault. I think he has tipped over now into complete lack of control.

JaneJudge Mon 06-Apr-26 09:46:16

I actually couldn't believe what I was reading on screenshots. This is someone leading one of the most powerful countries in the world. A store manager for home bargains* would get the sack for this!

*just for examples sake

yogitree Mon 06-Apr-26 09:47:55

petra

Look on the bright side. From this rant we can see that he’s started to implode.
The men in the white coats are just waiting.

I really hope you are right petra, but who's next in the hot seat?

Wheniwasyourage Mon 06-Apr-26 10:01:45

Trump is insane or demented or both and so nothing he does can be expected to be rational. Where are the sane members of the Republican Party, and why are they not getting rid of him? Although Vance, possibly not mad but with some very odd views, might be worse...

I'm another who couldn't believe what I was reading on the BBC when they reported his foul language. I despair for the world.

Iam64 Mon 06-Apr-26 10:38:20

I’m afraid the men in white coats aren’t waiting, no one is sending for them.

I wonder what reason is being given for the sacking of a number of Generals. I’m very concerned that one remaining general is telling his troops the war in Iran is part of Gods plan. The USA has lost its way

Basgetti Mon 06-Apr-26 10:39:50

President Strangelove.

GrannyGravy13 Mon 06-Apr-26 10:42:05

Of all the things that the current POTUS has said and done in this and his previous administration saying ^F***ing B***rds is the least of my concerns…

Whitewavemark2 Mon 06-Apr-26 10:51:13

Hegseth is another utter lunatic. Clearly the vodka has done its work and the man has completely lost it.

Probably yes!!

Anyway, if he is Jesus Christ reincarnated, as some of his strange followers think, I think of the movement "What Would Jesus Do".

Jesus said "Love thine enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you"
"Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do"

As the Pope talks of peace in quite specific ways, and Catholic Vance sits there grinning toadily.
They disgust me.

And me!

Cossy Mon 06-Apr-26 11:42:40

I have no issue with swearing and what others consider “foul language” To me these are just words and I do use them, at times.

HOWEVER, they are not appropriate words to use in a public serving role or really any professional capacity, or in front of, or by children.

I just can not believe what he says and how he say it!

Iam64 Mon 06-Apr-26 11:46:37

Exactly Cossy.

Am with you there. His language, not just the swearing but he way he peevishly insults other world leaders, is something I have never heard used by a US president in all the 76 years I have been alive.
It sounds so bizarre and remarkably disrespectful or professional.
