It will take years regardless of deregulation, require the demolition of homes and increase noise and air pollution.

Thousands of homes some businesses will have to go, a new tunnel will have to be built for the M25 to run under the new runway. Millions will be spent, air quality for West London will go down, it will take many years to plan and build. We might have several changes of government in the meantime, we shall see what happens as I’m sure there will be many protesting.

How much will it cost, when will it be completed and can we expect it to solve the Social Care crisis, eliminate Fiscal Drag by increasing the personal tax allowance, fix a badly fractured NHS, deal with escalating knife crime,etc, etc.
