U have one which I am supposed to wear around my neck. It is so sensitive and one night in bed it must unknowingly got wedged on my body. I was woken up by a fireman on a ladder knocking on my bedroom window.
I went downstairs and there was a paramedic there! They didn't want to break down my front door for entrance because although I have a key safe, I also keep the key on the inside lock. I am partially sighted so have difficulty getting keys in locks.
I pay extra so if I fall in the street the alarm will go off (if I wear it_). It costs nearly £400 a year When worn it goes off frequently and one has to be very quick to reply or a paramedic will be on the doorstep. It is rechargeable and lets you know loudly when it needs to be. All I can find is REhs.
