Everything I read about HRT suggests that we should be having a small amount of testosterone added to our hrt combo.
It's one of the important missing hormones apparently and is good for concentration as well as giving a woman back her libido.
The problem is, GPs won't prescribe it and you have to find a menopause specialist apparently.
How does a person even find one of these?
Any recommendations?
Thanks
