Lasting Power of Attorney

Hello,

I need to use Power of Attorney for my parents.

Is the paper part the part that says:

Notice of registration of a Lasting Power of Attorney

I have created an online account but have had to request a new activation key.

Great news that you have found the documents
Just a few clarifications on some of the above
Currently each LPA is £92 to register
As well as the Donor and attorneys the LPA forms identify the Applicant (who requests the LPA) and the Correspondent (who receives any communications and the completed LPA)
