My granddaughter was born in Oxford England in 2003. Her English born mother, my daughter, who hadn’t lived in the UK since the age four, had returned and worked in the UK for about five years, but was between jobs when she happily fell pregnant with my granddaughter.
My granddaughter’s father is French.
About a year later after the birth of my granddaughter they moved out of the UK for other jobs.
Martin Lewis talked about a government fund for children born in the 2020s. Every child he said had one but my DD doesn’t remember anything about this scheme.
Can any of you throw any light on the matter, please, thank you.
