My breadmaker. I haven't bought bread in years. I love my bread because I know exactly what's in it. I make it with all organic ingredients: Wholemeal flour, rye flour, rapeseed oil, malt, molasses, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and two eggs. It tastes delicious, has a wonderful texture and is so much more satisfying than any bought bread. When baked (overnight), I leave it to cool completely then slice it and freeze it. That way my bread is always fresh and I never run out. I do different types of bread to suit all occasions - it's there in the freezer and it's so easy just to take one slice at a time. Oh, I forgot to mention it costs less than 40 pence for a 940g loaf - beat that!!
