Professional Property Sales Managers

I wondered if anyone has used the services of a Professional Property Sales Manager to sell their house. We have been contacted by one offering to sell our house quickly and for a good price. It all seems too good to be true so thought it was worth asking here for thoughts and opinions.

Lulubeyond, I certainly didn't mean to upset anyone. I've only sold twice but both times it's been a bit of a nightmare. Probably just been unlucky. So glad to have you here to share you experience. Looks like PPSMs might be real after all. Bit unfair (but not surprising) only big business get to use them angry.
