SAD lamps

I’m not looking forward to winter this year and the darkness. Just wondered if anyone had tried a SAD lamp and whether or not it was any help.

Sad lamps worth every penny
Also make sure you have bright furniture and cushions Nothing worse than brown and cream in a lounge or bedroom or any where in the home unless you brighten it up with accent colours
