I’ll take a look at Vagirux. Unfortunately the hab-it website says unavailable. Glad you’ve found a ways that work for you. Sounds like you have a lot on your plate. I don’t think the mesh is used now, and if it was I’d refuse. Thanks for responding.

I found that advanced pelvic floor exercises plus Vagirux pessaries pulled it back up - maybe not to perfection standards, but it gives me no trouble now. I had 2 prolapses, back and front.

I have a friend who had to have the surgery done twice within a few months as the first surgery failed, and I also know of someone who had the mesh inserted which gave her absolute hell.

So I didn't want to do any of that if I could possibly help it because I'm juggling 12 different conditions so have enough on my plate. I followed the exercises on www.hab-it.com and they worked

Hi all, hope everyone is well today.
Can I ask about anyone’s experience with bladder prolapse and how it was treated? I understand meshes aren’t used any more, but I’ve also read that quite a high proportion of people who have the bladder put back in place, through surgery, don’t always get the outcome they want. They can either still feel the prolapse or the surgery only lasts a short while and has to be done again! Do pelvic floor exercises alone have any effect? Are there any new procedures now? Any experiences would be much appreciated. Many thanks
