Two week cancer pathway

farview My sister is on the pathway for melanoma.

She has a meeting with her oncologist tomorrow, to discuss following treatment.

I think that once you have started you will feel both relieved and reassured just as my sister has done, and could put her faith and worries into the doctors hands.

Have you been diagnosed farview? If this is your first appointment after being referred they will ask you about your symptoms and a bit of history, do an examination and then arrange for some scans and tests and explain the process. It is very frightening but I hope they are able to reassure you. I don’t know what treatment of respiratory related cancers is. I had bowel cancer and though the tests and treatments are different it follows a similar path. Once they have a diagnosis they will discuss treatment options with you. I hope things go well for you.
