Wondering how you are doing!

A few months ago now one of the gn'ers was giving up drinking coca cola or coke as she drank a fair amount of it and I cannot remember who it was . It was when I first joined so was not used to names and who was doing what and what was happening to who.
I often find myself wondering who it was /is and how it's going .. Or not going!
Can we have an update please .
Also another gn was giving up smoking at the same time and they were being very supportive of each other . How did that go??

It was vampirequeen who gave up Diet Coke. Sorry - that's the extent of my memory about that thread! grin

I guess it all depends on why you intend giving up. I gave up all caffeine drinks , cold turkey, after a horrible experience with heart palpitations. I thought I was going to die....doc told me this was caused by caffeine intake so I haven't had a Coke or a coffee since that day, about 10 years ago. If you really want / need to give up something it's always a lot easier to achieve.
