Back to square one!

Thanks all. A bad day so far. The meds make me feel most peculiar. I've been sleeping most of the time. Annoying physio boy comes and talks platitudes very loudly at me. He's not too good at reading patients-the first time he tried to assess me I fainted and I've just thrown up over him and his boss!
Oh God. This too shall pass!

Jane you are having a hard time and I quite agree, the physio should have left you to sleep- he deserved what he got.

Oh, the first few days really are the pits. Why on earth did the physio try to talk to you when you obviously weren’t receiving! Silly boy. He’s got a lot to learn. Deserved all he got.

Sleep is healing. Tell them! I know what you mean, you just can’t stay awake. Knowing its the anaesthetic with a touch of shock thrown in and all perfectly normal doesn’t help, you still fall asleep whatever and feel like c**p (sorry, just read the thread on swearing. Should know better) I fell asleep on the loo! Felt so silly when the nurse woke me up! The jet lag feeling has only recently left me and I still had a nap this afternoon. As you say, this too shall pass.

I had forgotten the energy drain. I remember falling asleep at the drop of a hat last time.

Oh Jane I'm so glad it's over and you got through, but gosh what a tough time you're having. Really hope you feel better tomorrow
