I haven't read all the thread but yes I can do it - I tried it when it was mentioned on the programme. I'm in mid 60's and pretty slim, keep myself fit and do fitness Pilates and Zumba as well as lots of gardening and walking. Not sure about the early death thing though... sounds a bit odd....
What did you you think you would have by your current age that you don't?
