What is this plant, please?

Every year, one or two of these plants appear in amongst my pots.
It usually dies off quite quickly, but this one has lasted longer, so I would love to know what it is, please?

On the topic of tomato plants - a couple of weeks ago two tiny rogue tomato plants sprouted (indoors).
Is there any point in nurturing them out of season or should I simply dispose of them?

Nightshade and tomato belong to the same plant family.
And potato.
