The Emerald Isle awaits me
I’ll be visiting Killarney
I’ve no Irish blood
At Gaelic a dud
I guess I'll hear oodles of blarney.

My grandad’s from London’s East End

Blind Beggar his manor
Guv’nor his banner
A man on whom you could depend.

My mother was Cornish all through
She assumed that everyone knew
She loved climbing hills
Just one of her skills
And she'd made a pasty or two
