Only then will I head off home
And sort out my wet hair with a comb
I'll try a new style
With which I'll beguile
Everyone wherever I roam

I'll charm everybody I meet

Better to walk and get steps in
And reward myself with a gin
That goes to my head
And leaves things unsaid

Better to walk and get steps in
And reward myself with a gin
That goes to my head
And leaves things unsaid
I doubt that is a mortal sin

If so you sure heed to confess
But try not to under duress
Just be a traitor
Sooner not later
You'll be forgiven, I guess.

The weather has really been awful
It brings us a mood rather doleful

The weather has really been awful
It brings us a mood rather doleful
But we know this won’t last
See the weather forecast
I’m hopeful and feeling so joyful.

Serves ‘em right, they’re just appallin,

Watching with friend Roy
Their sighing, crying and bawlin’

We honoured a Queen for so long

We honoured a Queen for so long
But her's son's behaviour's so wrong
Are parents to blame?

We honoured a Queen for so long
But her's son's behaviour's so wrong
Are parents to blame?
For us, is it the same?

We honoured a Queen for so long
But her's son's behaviour is wrong
Are parents to blame?
For us, is it the same?
We tried and failed is our sad song

Entitlement has its drawbacks
Wealth has its wrinkles and cracks
Best not to spoil them

Get used well, alas and alack.

I'm thinking of writing a book
I will do, by hook or by crook
