Connecting Wall type game (UK terms & spellings)

I've just found a Connecting Wall type game with UK terms and spellings which is very good.
Each day there is a puzzle that is either Easy, Medium, Hard or Extreme. I've found it quite useful that I can ask for a clue when I get stuck on one of the more difficult groups, but didn't need that today!

I don't understand the explanation for the greens.

If you go to wordlinkle.com you can click on 'How to play' just below the game. It's similar to Connections but it's UK terms and is timed. You also have the option of asking for clues.
