I am sitting in the garden listening to the sparrows giving it laldy. They are such cheerful wee birds.

I have a shallow dish of water in my garden and the sparrows love to splash about in it. It makes my heart glad to see them!
They drink it too but I guess it's a sparrow thing to drink your bath water?

Rain has prevented any play (tennis) at Queen’s Club and the TV presenters at Ascot Racing are getting rain blow into their covered makeshift studio. One chap was holding an umbrella to his back as he was getting a soaking.

It’s rained all day but the upside is my kitchen has had a much needed ‘spring’ clean and everything is in order. Annual event ?

Tesco express had no onions today .

M&S Cobb salad is nice. Not keen on the Ranch dressing though.

Ate out at Café Dolce today. Lovely food, super service and great attention to Covid safety measures.
