Baked potatoes yesterday and just making soup for lunch!
I agree that the time for simple salads is not today! grin

To be fair, it is just a wee bit warmer (or less cold!) today , but I’m still going to make a substantial Mulligatawny soup tonight, with some bits of chicken out of the freezer, carrots, celery, rice and apple. Might buy a baguette to accompany it, since I’ll be doing some shopping anyway after swimming.
