Broad beans

Any ideas for quick skinning methods or does anyone sell them ready skinned?

I grow and eat broad beans - skin and all. Have never thought about skinning them. Life's too short.

I love broad beans and grow them, I have never thought of skinning them, must try that.

For me broad bean that needs skinning is one that has been grown too long and begun to turn floury and not very nice.

Broad beans should be young and sweet and keep their skins on. Just cook briefly and add a little bit of butter - gorgeous.
