There is "arroz" on the packet too, and "arroza" so who knows where she got it from! Anyway I made a sort of risotto with the rice, some veg. stock, onions peas and sweet corn and it was OK. I was just wondering what's the difference between this and old fashioned pudding rice.
A friend gave me a bag of rice called "arros redondo". It looked like what I call pudding rice, but she said it was risotto rice. Does anyone know the difference, and any advice how to use it?
