Many decades ago when my children were young I had an exercise bike which I used occasionally listening to very loud music to encourage me!
I'd place it in your living room, not hidden away in your bedroom or spare room, that way you will use it more.
With a bit of luck, once you've got the walking habit and those endorphins have got going you'll be inspired to walk outdoors
