I too am finding it hard, blame the heat for no energy, the slightest exertion is knackering and I feel like a giant lump of lard. Three pounds have crept back on and the waistbands are beginning to feel tight again. It is very depressing that unless I go on a really strict rigorous diet, at best I stay the same.
I have been out a few times (no puddings and very simple mains, but one glass of wine ) which I assume is to blame
So I suppose I know what I have to do.
Someone I know shouldn't be driving. In my opinion.
