I do have one and can do it for a really long time. I think because its heavy it stays up better. If you keep practicing you'll get the hang of it. It is quite good. Good luck.

Has anyone used a hula hoop for trimming your waist? A friend has been using a weighted one since Christmas and swears it has toned her up. Thinking of getting one but it may end up in the cupboard after a few weeks!
