I had a few days' 'break' in Norfolk, cleaning DD's house and putting up flatpack furniture for their new baby, due early June. Went out to eat: Japanese, tapas, then Indian takeaway. Oh dear: rice....carbs....
I was good at breakfast and lunch though. Cooked breakfast but no toast and no muesli. And I made a big salad for lunches, with avocado and egg. Put on a kilo, and after a fast it's nearly gone again :-D
Had a small piece of cake when out with DH and DGD. Still can't quite kick the habit! No bread though. I'll keep trying....
