Monday 18th weigh in

What is this thread? Do people weigh themselves and then record it here?

Hi ruby good to see you drop in. We all follow our own plan, some doing Slimming World, Weight Watchers etc, or anything you fancy.

A new thread goes up for a Monday and we all have different weigh days. Its a support thread if your struggling or to shout if your getting good results. Post any recipes you have enjoyed, just to use as you want really.

We dont broadcast our weight unless you want to, just state the loss or gain on whatever day you weigh in.

Not many takers this week, glass!

They're either too ashamed or too complacent to post...

Ana got a feeling its been a bad week but not to worry always a new day tomorrow.

Thanks glassortwo I will be dropping by as I have a lot to shift.

But, as I will be eating birthday cake tomorrow, I will leave it until a time when every crumb has gone.

I have just come back from weigh in and lost another 3lbs.... thats
1 st in 5 weeks, I am flabbergasted!!!!!!

What diet are you following Glass?! Is it really hard?

Slimming World jingle couldnt be easier, its even called extra easy no weighing apart from milk and bread/cereal.

Glass....that's fantastic, you are an inspiration!

I've had quite a stressy week....DD2 is not at all well, DGS's x2 are staying here. They're home educated, so I'm trying to keep up all the routines and appointments. I've not really had time to make 'stop being fat' meals for myself.... don't know what I weigh, but it will be up, not down.

I'm sure this is just a blip!
