Have you all had a good Bank Holiday, ohh thats the last one over and done with. Just over a week left of the school holidays (if your not in Scotland) and then its back into routine again.
Hope you all had a good week last week while I was away.

Dieting & exercise
I had a lovely Bank Holiday and eased off the diet a bit. On one day I had a hog roast in a big bun...ate the meat but not the bread. On another day I had a normal roast dinner and very small portion of cheesecake.
As a result, I've put on 2lbs.
If only they could identify and replicate the 'eat what you like and stay the same weight' gene that so many people are fortunate enough to possess.

I had a house full too which meant far too much eating and drinking, so weighing in next week! I'm with Notso in the weight gain this week!

12st 5.5lbs - long weekend away!!!! 
Was very careful about what I ate when I was away and seemed to be losing weight on the scales up there; therefore expected to have lost a few pounds when I got on the scales back home. Shock horror; have put weight on as well as a couple of inches. Now, and this is the weird thing; I was feeling really slim but the minute I got on the the scales tonight I felt completely different. Not only that but I'm fighting with the urge to eat some of the Mr Kipling fruit pies that are in the cuppboard. It just goes to show how physchological [sp]dieting is. Also a lot of the energy I've had recently has just drained from me
