Well, I've been to the gym every day this week, and then walked the dog but got on the scales late last night and had a terrible shock. I knew I'd started to put weight on but not as much as I have
. But I am eating well. Will be away for a while but intend to carry on with the daily visits to the gym when I get back. I've realised that I tend to eat badly when I do the school run as I eat leftover food etc [just as I did when my children were young].
