I put an face mask on and run a hot bubble bath- as I am a singer I like to take a hot cup of tea with honey in and read a book in the bath during a long hot soak- bliss!

The real treat is to be able to lie down in the middle of the day with a good book. Seems so decedent.

Pour myself a large G&T, relaxes me everytime.

I find a lovely walk with my dog, Micky, usually helps to relax me and blow the cobwebs away. Then get home and hop into a scented bath with a good book and a cup of hot chocolate. Perhaps Autumn and Winter aren't so bad..... :-)

i rarely sit down and relax but when i do its usually after a lush bubble bath, a cup of herbal tea and a good book.
