Problem with logging into Virgin Bank today.

I tried to chat with "Sandi' but it only gave me three options fo choose from so they could help me.

None of which fitted the issues I'd had, and by the fime I'd read it, Sandi logged me out for takng too long. Sigh...

I'm with Santander, and yesterday evening, the app wouldn't let me do anything until i had filled in lots of details - maiden name, how long ive lived here, the amount going into my account, etc.
It was telling me i must provide photo I.D and it wouldn't accept how long I've lived here. I think us android users are becoming obsolete.
So, because i was flustered, and in a rush, and angry, i basically entered any old info.
Now I'm afraid tat I'll be "done" for fraud, because I claim benefits
