Problem with logging into Virgin Bank today.

On trying to log in today on my phone I was asked to register my account. I quickly came out and phoned my bank. They said it was a problem with Android phones due to a hiccup 2 days ago. Still alarmed by this so going off on the bus to the actual bank tomorrow. Has anyone else had this ?

I'm with Santander, and yesterday evening, the app wouldn't let me do anything until i had filled in lots of details - maiden name, how long ive lived here, the amount going into my account, etc.
It was telling me i must provide photo I.D and it wouldn't accept how long I've lived here. I think us android users are becoming obsolete.
So, because i was flustered, and in a rush, and angry, i basically entered any old info.
Now I'm afraid tat I'll be "done" for fraud, because I claim benefits

I tried to chat with "Sandi' but it only gave me three options fo choose from so they could help me.

None of which fitted the issues I'd had, and by the fime I'd read it, Sandi logged me out for takng too long. Sigh...

Oh heck, MissAdventure you should maybe get the bus to your nearest actual bank too ! It's scary isn't it ! Hope the problem resolves itself .
