Yes, but sit or go out mostly in the shaded areas. I love it when the sun is shining, it truly lifts my spirits and my aching, painful bones feel better 🌞🌞🌞

I love being warm but not too hot. Spring sunshine is perfect for me.If I am sitting in hot sun, I have to have shade as well to retreat to if it gets a bit too much. I couldn't sit out all day in it and when it's very hot, it makes my heart beat too fast ! I also don't like cold weather and that has it's own derimental effects. So yes, lovely warm spring days for me !
