Another poster who misses Madeleine’s brave take on life and has been hoping for days that she is all right. It’s quite hard worrying about someone you have never met.

If you send a PM and it goes through but the poster does not reply, that could be concerning.

If they delete their account, obviously the PM will not go through, although they could have decided to have a break.

Is no-one in touch off GN at all?

I just looked back and Madeleine’s last post was on Friday 17th April and her last words were that she was feeling unwell and had also felt very unwell the day before. She was also worrying that she had committed herself to something and wasn’t sure about it being the right decision. Sorry, I’m not usually a stalker, honest!

This is concerning. It's so unlike her not to post even if briefly if she's not feeling up to par. I do hope she is ok

I don't think her holiday is due yet. None of her last posts were about packing, getting organised etc. I do hope she is ok

I too hope Madeleine is alright, but she did mention booking a holiday recently.
The last time she went on holiday people were concerned about her, but she resumed posting eventually.
I'm hoping it's the same reason this time.

She probably doesn't realise how much she is thought of and that people are concerned about her. If it's that she's on holiday and enjoying herself, perhaps just a quick message to say all is well will put our minds at ease.

We would never know what has happened to regular posters if they just stopped posting all of a sudden.

Yex she went AWOL when she went to Canada. I do hope she is somewhere nice... and interesting. And if she is reading this thread will know she is very much missed. I like her positive attitude and pragmatic advice.

I had read she had a upcoming holiday planned so hopefully she will be back with us soon.

I agree Moth. Hope should is ok.

So did I. She is always so determined not to give in and let life and illness get the better of her. The sort of person you would like to meet in real life.

I am very concerned that Madeleine is not posting. I looked forward to her posts each day.
