Being driven along country lanes today I saw the clear results of five months of drought. The hedge rows are thickly laden with berries, the fruit trees covered but the leaves are turning brown and the chestnuts look dead.
This isn’t caused by autumn, it’s stress, where living things in danger reproduce like mad.
Unless we get long weeks of heavy rain our trees and hedges will die.
Don’t anyone moan about the rain unless you want to live in a desert.
You must be old if you have a purse or a wallet.
Has anyone else noticed their energy levels change as they've got older?
