Having seen that plantar fasciitis is a problem for a couple of people (apart from myself) I can advise that when I have unfortunately got it I have found that a chiropractor can usually help. Visiting one straight away at the onset of it can even result in maybe only one (possibly two) treatments. Just need to go ASAP!

These. I never go barefoot. We have two cats who occasionally leave feathered or furry gifts on the floor! I have some very smart sandals too which I wore for dinner on the river cruise.

Barefoot in the house, crocs for in the garden, sketchers trainers for walking the dog and Birkenstocks or fitflop sliders for going out . My nail varnish needs redoing but I’m waiting until nearer to my holiday .

Guys don't put your feet on the internet!!! My granddaughter puts pictures of her feet online for money because weirdos look at them. If you're going to post them at least get some bang for your buck.
