An EASY bean to cup coffee machine for a reasonable price?

We have a Delonghi bean to cup and love it.....even I can use it. We bought it in Lakeland when I had one of the regular 20% off vouchers. It was recommended by Which.

It’s not bean to cup, it uses ready ground coffee but I love my single serve Keurig maker.

I have just bought hand grinder and find it good. I had bought a bag of beans by mistake. This works for me .

Ha! I did go quite a long way down the coffee making rabbit hole a few years ago. I could see more and more expenditure on chasing minimal improvements in taste. In the end I decided to compromise, settle for a 'reasonable' cup of coffee. I do have a hand grinder and do still buy a good bag of fresh beans. However, most of the time I use my mokka pot and settle for that.

Don’t you freeze your coffee beans Marmin? I bag mine up for a few days supply and freeze them, it works really well.

There is no straightforward answer . Why a 'bean to cup'? Buying and storing freshly roasted coffee beans can be hit and miss unless you know exactly which beans you like and how you like them roasted. What sort of coffee do you like? What constitutes a 'reasonable' amount to spend? If you want simple try a Bialetti stove top pot. Cheap tobuy and easy to use. Have a look at youtube videos. You will know straight away if you are interested and you wont have spent a penny. If you must have a machine, look at James Hoffman's videos on youtube, he tests a lot of machines. Aeropress is another cheap option, I would have a look at these as well. I wish you luck: have patience and be prepared for inevitable compromise. And remember- one person's wonderful cup of coffee is another person's disappointment.

Sorry poppyred, not in a position to advise. My coffee comes from a jar or I use ground coffee in my cafeteria. Good luck with your search though. Come on you coffee lovers give poppyred some ideas.

I’ve got a Sage coffee machine, which is excellent. You could try John Lewis or similar, see if they have any models in the sale?
